Artios Consulting focuses on delivering services to senior staff members. We help them maintain their highest purpose, which is to care for residents at all times—even in times of hardship or crisis.

When it is helpful to do so, Gigi Walker serves as the interim onsite leader. She implements fundamental improvements in operations, whether in person, remotely or both. She also works alongside senior managers to prioritize and institute new protocols and procedures, providing the support they need.

We train and empower staff members to ensure thoughtful service, prudent stewardship and focus on community-wide goals. We educate sponsors and board members about their governance responsibilities and fiduciary obligations. And we demonstrate to stakeholders the ways in which fundamental policies guide daily practices.

Services include providing

  • Interim on-site management
  • Hands-on support for management team in distressed situations
  • Support during restructuring or sales process
  • Help with post-closing wind-down obligations
