I established Artios Consulting to assist stakeholders in senior living communities. We navigate through the rough waters of economic and regulatory uncertainty to find the best ways to improve performance for our clients. We also explore the benefits of devising new strategies to help communities adapt to myriad changes.
Artios is nimble and responsive, equally prepared to address a specific concern or to lead an enterprise-wide review of a community’s vitality and viability.
